Pavel Dorofeyev

Late 2000 year born kid, ok size (6'0, 163 lbs). It's his 1st MHL season, and he looks very solid with 19+18 in 46 games.

Another interesting thing, he's playing on the same line with even younger kid, left winger Dmitri Sheshin, who is 2001 year born. And who has a decent statistics as well with 11 + 21 in 44.

Here is a game, where Sheshin was 2+1 and Dorofeyev with 1+2.

Sheshin (#25) goals are at 27:40 and 1:49:25

Dorofeyev (#27) at 2:00:55

And another interesting goal of Nikita Rozhkov (#11), who is 2018 draft, at 1:59:15

Sheshin’s stats seem pretty terrific for a 16 year-old in the MHL. Hopefully he grows a bit, looks like EP has him listed at 5’-7” and 145.

Scored a goal for Metallurg in a preseason game vs Team Italy. Finished the game with 2 goals.

Oh my, another winger. I wonder if it's the players or the parents. Seems like nobody wants to play center.

This season Stalnye Lisy's 1st line is Sheshin - Spiridonov - Dorofeyev, all are of 2019 draft. Each of them scored 1+2 in 4-1 victory over Omsk Hawks.

Have watched some of his MHL games before the CHL gets started up and have been impressed by him. He scored a really nice goal today but unfortunately ran into the post after the goal and didn't return to the game. Hopefully not too serious of an injury

Not sure, why didn't Pavel play at Hlinka. He had a few preseason games and even goals for the big team and looks very good in the MHL. Not sure, if i'd take Podkolzin before him on the draft. Pity, if his injury turns out to be serious.

I believe Hlinka was only for 2001-born and later. Pavel is late 2000.

He still looks better, than Podkolzin right now. I'd say he's got some chances to make the WJC U20 team. Of course, he's 8 months older...
