Great interview, need more of this in hockey.

Anson Carter needs to stop with the “Hey [so and so] it’s Ace” routine though. Cringey as hell.

Lmfao Bissonnette also started his question with "Torts, Bizz here"

I think it's because the person with the headset on typically doesn't have a videofeed, so it's to guide the interviewee with who to address / if need be

Bizz is a fairly well know nickname, Tortorella even called him it during the interview. I don’t ever remember hearing anyone call Anson Carter “Ace” except himself. Reminds me of Quill naming himself Star Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy, lol.

I didn't know your gripe was specifically with the nickname "Ace"

Carry on, apologies for interjecting

Nothing spectacular but Michkov had a nice OT gwg. Shoulda had a 5v5 assist to Couturier had some real slick plays this game. Bedard hit a post but looked invisible other than that, I’m glad Chicago is playing him on the wing though, once he adjusts he’ll be better off I think.

He had a great game overall, created multiple scoring chances and I did not notice any serious defensive lapses by him

The only bad play was a bad neutral zone pass that ended up offside, but I totally agree his defensive and responsible game has taken literal leaps and bounds and he’s less than 20 games in the NHL. I figured he’d do something similar to this, he’s just too smart.
