Throwing Confetti for Perfetti
I mean at least he’s not being compared to all time greats like someone else ….(Jagr , Lafleur , Mcdavid etc )I see that the insane overrating continues.

Potentially. I was referring to he who won’t be namedI think you can add Kucherov to all time greats already...
Forsberg was an incredibly powerful skater and a cycling machine . Michkov could get there but that would be a stark difference currently . Both super high iq though . So I kinda see it. Think Michkov additionally has more of a nose for the net . Peter was unselfish almost to a fault .I can't stop thinking he looks like a compact version of Peter Forsberg. Hopefully, minus the injuries.
I think that comparison looked right with how he shields the puck. How he stole the puck to send that saucer pass on the first goal despite having no leverage to do so.I can't stop thinking he looks like a compact version of Peter Forsberg. Hopefully, minus the injuries.
People here like to nitpick every time a player comparison is made, but this one is very solid.I can't stop thinking he looks like a compact version of Peter Forsberg. Hopefully, minus the injuries.
That would be an incredible outcome. Peter was a beautyPeople here like to nitpick every time a player comparison is made, but this one is very solid.
For the shot hater
This is what a hard shot looks like. Michkov's can be accurate but the power and release are pretty lacking
He can do it all, and high sky hockey IQ.
He's going to be an absolute menace in this league.

He can do it all
I buy the offensive machine part but there's a lot of things a "do it all" hockey player has to do that you're giving Michkov a pass on here. That's okay, that's not him.
They're a year and a half apart, so a bit odd of a comparison to try and get a 1 for 1 at this stage. If his name was Matt Mitchell from the USNDT or OHL there wouldn't be a scout alive putting him below Celebrini
Number choice bedardSo, even by your assessment, it’s 3-2 Bedard which doesn’t really sound like he’s on another level, more like “same tier or slightly better”
Ive noticed Michkov's game became more 'bullish' after Rotenberg played him at center during last year's preseason.
Michkov then said he started studying how Sidney Crosby played.
190 pounds is very small ? InterestingPeter Forsberg already was the compact version. Michkov is like the "honey I shrunk the kids" version of Forsberg, very small and it takes him forever to get anywhere. I like the comparison more after he gets there. On the puck he can dig in to the ice to hold off pressure, and angle into open space.
