Very skilled offensive weapon. He was one of the highest scoring players in the U15 CSSHL
league this season and he also got a few games in at the U18 level where he was the only other 2008 born player to record a point, other than Noah Kosick. Pavao has a good motor, he uses it well to pressure defenders on the forecheck. He often causes defenders fits with their retrievals because he is so quick to close in and pressure. He is a good skater, he posessss a good straight line speed and good acceleration and is able to gain separation from defenders. His skating isn’t a strength but it also isn’t a weakness either. He has good puck skills and can be deceptive on the ice, good vision and has very good playmaking skills already. Defensive consistency needs work like most forwards his age, but he has the head in which I think he develops this as he progresses in the next few years. Overall a very talented kid and someone to keep an eye on in the coming seasons. Should be a first round selection in the upcoming WHL bantam draft.

I agree with you. Been following his season from late last year, liking what ive seen.
very productive player too, consistent production through out the season

scored all together of 37 goals, 41 assists, 77 points in 27 games this season

Think he is playing on the top line as a 16 year old, could start to build some hype for next year.

Slick scoring winger. He's excellent with the puck on his stick, but it's sort of the other areas that are going to be questions about him. He's perimeter, kind of soft, not much of a defensive player. Does he have elite skating for a smallish winger? He's good though. I think probably like a second rounder for 2026 as a provisional projection.

The offensive numbers haven't been there this year, but noteworthy is the fact that he was moved to center five games ago after playing on the wing all season. Small sample size, but he has performed surprisingly well considering he had never played center before, winning 50.6% of his draws in those five games.

Big disappointment after scoring 5 goals in 8 games last year and starting this year with 9 points in his first 9 games ... before only getting 3 points in his last 24.

Has a nice wrist shot with a pro release but his skating is a big question mark - one of those stumpy-legged guys with a pretty choppy stride.

Interesting to hear he's playing C ... to me his skillset was pretty much pure winger-ish.
