Series Talk: Round 1 - Battle of FLA Part 4 - Panthers Lead 2-0

Tkachuk has yet to have a full contact practice. Are we really expecting him to just be activated all of a sudden and be effective or even play at all? If he does it's going to be like Sergachev last year. Down 3-0 and play him and hope for a hail mary.

I think the biggest issue is Jones-Schmidt-Balinskis is a downgrade from Ekblad-Montour-OEL. If we had everyone healthy and not suspended to start the playoffs. Then I think dropping at least one of Schmidt or Balinskis and inserting Ekblad into the lineup plus having a slightly better forward group would balance things back up.

2 years ago we needed a 100% MT throughout the whole POs to succeed. Last year he did not have to be dominant (e.g. He only had 3 points against EDM in 7 games). OTOH he had 9 points in 5 games against TB.

We can survive without prime MT. I am more worried with the Ekblad-Jones situation.

En heich el dot com does predict that the winner of Tampons-Panthers will end up in the SCF. The series vote is 9-7 favoring Panthers.

One of the 16 also had Barkov getting the Conn Smythe. I agree with that dude.
