I’m not cheering for the leafs but that penalty was a terrible call for the game.

It was an obvious call, but they just missed one on Staal a couple minutes earlier...

They’ll make up for it by the end of the game, you just know it’s coming.

Serious question, are there going to be major changes to the Toronto organization if they lose this game? Their core is not successful. Its looking like another first round exit for Matthews, Marner, Nylander, Reilly, etc. Losing Tavares hurts, but they should still be the clear cut favorite with him out of the line up.

A 37 year old Spezza has been one of their most effective players. Thats a problem [and I love Spezza, but he shouldn't be a go to guy on this team].
