It's true. It's quite funny the way not many people are willing to bet on their team. As fans, we are seasoned vets and know not to take things for granted haha.

One game is always gonna be a toss-up. A game 7 even more so. Who will come out flying? Who will crumble under the pressure? Who will get the lucky bounce? Who will hit the iron? Which storyline will pan out? At the momen, it's impossible to tell.

Dunno, Maple Leafs is probably going to win it, but if it does, Leafs has to beat recent history and expectations of media and Toronto fan base.

It probably helps not go overboard, at least initially, as home arena isn't filled with fans, even it's sad to say. (Professional sports are nothing without fans.)

To be perfectly honest, I'm a bit worried how that "Uberfan" from Sportsnet and Youtube (Steve D) is going to take it, if Leafs somehow blows this.

Countering this with a 5-2 Habs win. Leafs will be shellshocked, Canadiens will bombard Campbell with shots and he'll break early, they'll attack Sandin's side, knowing it's like extra cheese curds/gravy on the poutine.
If the Leafs win this, it will be absolutely huge, if the Habs win, they were the calmer, steadier team throughout.

Except there is no indication the Habs have come close to doing such a thing. But the Leafs do find unique ways to lose, so I guess it's possible.
