Gourde will play center.
I believe Grigorenko is also a natural C who slotted there with Buffalo over the years. Same for Glendening. They'll always have a guy to play C on the ice.

We hustled the league this Spring with injuries and resting guys. We're a much, much better team than our post-TDL record would indicate.

TBH, even I was saying we were cooked. But I didn't expect Tkachuk to be so effective in Game 1 and for the Bottom 6 to be healthy and stacked.

They got thoroughly embarrassed in their own barn. It'll be interesting to see what Cooper will tell them. From their point of view there's no point in trying to engage the Panthers into hand-to-hand combat because that just plays into the Panthers' hands.

we are getting Playoff Tkachuck from 2023 again, also our 5th line has not played yet, and that line can score too.
 
This goal has the Tkatchuk Brand written all over it, the media writers and podcasters have already given the Cup to Tampa, that shows me that I know as much hockey as they do, and I do it while picking my belly button, this people actually get paid and do it full time.

We've seen him for a full season, and he's simply not as impactful as OEL on either ends of the ice.

That being said, it's not a big deal. Our stronger offensive depth somewhat makes up for the downgrade in defensive depth
