Speculation: Roster Building Thread XIV

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Gio should ONLY be had if Seattle will eat half that cap hit and the price is cheap. Using any asset capital we've gained over the past few years and wasting it on an expensive Vet LD on his way out is not the smart plan here chief

Why couldn't he re-sign for a year after this one?

And AGAIN, the Rangers have absolutely no issue with the cap this year. They could take on (2) Giordano's and be fine more than likely.

Not sure that it matters for them to eat half of the cap hit. Only one year and we have plenty of room.
 
I really dont think the Rangers are trading their number 2 center for a 37 year old defenseman..

I think we're starting to go off the deep end with "grit, physical play, veteran presence etc"

Strome for a 37 year old D wouldn't be "starting," to go off the deep end.
