Oh I've seen the stupider shit. But at the same time he has a right to speak his mind and he isn't being offensive. He also has a right to get blasted by the public, which he has.

The Howden thing is nothing though. He did the same thing with Strome earlier this season.

It's not only about disrupting KZB chemistry - if LAf and Kakko are Zibanejad's wingers - it's either putting them in bad situations to defend against other teams top lines or taking that role away from our undisputed 1C in Zibanejad and giving it to... Strome. Bad options either way.

Or you can keep the top two lines as they were last year. Which is what I ultimately believe will be done. Again, Fast's contract ask are one of the first dominoes to fall this off season and may determine a few things.

Hockey fans will always denounce a personality like him. If your opinions aren’t so heavily influenced by politics as it seems a good bit of people are, then it’s much easier to tune out those political opinions from a bigger figure or an athelete. I will never root against a player’s success on my favorite team because they like something I don’t.

People who have trouble handling political differences or disagreements in general lack maturity, IMO.
