He may well be. Panarin is clearly their best player. Zibanejad is the most important. Kreider is the heart and soul.

Yes, without the one-two punch of two separate lines with Panarin creating so much with lesser linemates Mika probably doesn’t see those numbers, but I take Mika over Panarin for MVP quite easily.

Think the package leaves out the partridge and the pear tree. I am not sure that I would be comfortable with a package like that. That has "Lindros" trade written all over it. But it does have the obligatory third round pick thrown in
