Drury in March, meeting with the seven players he hasn't traded yet.

Watching Lindgren trying to operate though the neutral zone is the hockey equivalent of assembling the shrine of the silver monkey.

fox was always slow and now its SLOWLY morphing into too slow

be grateful for what was
don't ruin it by forcing something beyond its time

sell high

your usual bs must be repudiated
again
but so be it if nec, you will not control/establish a false narrative

fact: zib has nmc
fact: we think he wants to stay b'c ny suits his interests
fact: IF other close enuf local clubs sufficiently suit his interests, he MIGHT waive b'c he still gets paid but avoids immediate fury + scrutiny
hence, FACT, nothing is a given, but NJ + LI are close enuf to fit that scenario

other FACT
nearly all other clubs do not show a match to his interests, but the following do:
LAK - Kopitar retiring, can compete for 1C, also great music scene
VAN - JTM out, he hangs w/buddy Elias Pet, and they are legit cup contenders
and above Nashville - they need pivot and offer Music City

all of the above repudiates your disingenuous bs
Bern, Fox is the solution not the problem, he could be in a wheel chair and still run this pp.

I am a Nashville predators fan coming in confusion. I heard you guys are still looking at Steven Stamkos would you be willing to trade Mika Z? That is the only trade I think that would help my team. I’m not sure what’s going on with yours. You could tell me to go to hell or whatever. I’m just trying to get some clarification. I hear a rumor that New York is still interested in Stamkos
In the same vein, but my first choice would would trade Mika for Skjei. Would do Stamkos too though.

If we were going to reacquire Brady, I would've preferred to do it before trading Captain Picasso. If not just to get him excited to play with his buddy again, only to pull the rug out from under him one more time.

Sens are likely mad bc they know there is more truth to Tkachuks time there coming to an end.

The tampering shit is beyond pathetic. With how recently they themselves were smacked by the league they should probably shut the f*** up.

NHL screwed the new owner...they levied the fine before the sale and didn't tell him till after the purchase of Sens was complete.

Rangers have no internal answers on defense. Fox needs to be with a guy that can skate. Skeji just can’t be the best player on his pairing. Makes sense here; weirdly keeps Miller trade possibility open too.

Honestly I think we are a bit jammed up until we move Lindgren. Would do that asap just to get him out of the lineup like Carlos Pena in Moneyball. They you pretty much have Miller to prove he can play with Fox until the trade deadline. If he can’t then you have to move Miller at the deadline. And basically upgrading Lindgren to Skjei. Then the team starts making a lot more sense.

Stamkos for Mika, I do it just to be obligated for Less term. If Mika goes to Nashville he gets a raise because no state income tax

If he agreed to go to Nashville and vice versa with Stammer, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The latter is still better than Mika.

Tittle is very misleading. The two host only speak about the present situation. Nothing is mentioned about “What’s next”
* you’ve been warned *

If you wanted to get really wacky, you could do something around Stamkos and Skjei for Zibanejad, Lindgren and Smith. You’d probably still need to find a center at some point, (probably not from Nashville) but there’s less than 2m difference on salary, so we could retain on Lindgren, and/or take a cheap expiring contract from Nashville. Nashville get off two deals they regret, get a center, and have lindgren and smith off the books in the summer so they can try again. Rangers roster Gets more balanced and starts making a bit more sense
