Well you're not gonna get much for players that are garbage. Fans think the Rangers can get something useful for Kakko, Trouba, Lindgren, Miller. Teams only trade for potential if you're in your 1st 2ed maybe 3rd full NHL season. No team will give up anything for Miller. Sadly Kreider had the most value of the core and is one of the few to score in the playoffs. Rangers are in a tough spot. You think teams would give up anything 9f any value for a dman that is big soft and doesn't really produce offense. Wishful thinking

I’d say Goodrow being awful for the first 3 years of his contract contributed to him being put on waivers. The same reason trading Trouba was warranted because he has sucked since 2020. It’s really not Drury’s fault that the players take it personally. It is a business. These guys make millions of dollars regardless of their effort.

1) We had mostly the same players last year when we won the Presidents' Trophy. I know some had their game fall off but clearly effort is a big part of it and not just players.

Kravtsov was a spoiled brat. He didn't even try. He is back in the KHL. Waste of a career.

These players complain about Goodrow being waived and Jim Ramsey being let go by the Rangers. Nobody wants to leave. Shut up or leave. They all love being pampered by the Rangers. First class hotels. Delta chartered flights.

I remember when the Rangers acquired Tarasenko and Kane. You would have thought it was 2015 with how people reacted both in the media and in the fanbase. People rushed out and spent $300 for a Kane sweater. People complain about eggs being $5 per dozen but they had $300 for a hockey sweater.

Both of them were shot and damaged goods. There is a market for everything.

I like carnage. The Rangers have lived off their PP and goaltending for what seems like forever. The Rangers PP hasn't scored a goal since Halloween and it's ranked in the middle of the pack. I read somewhere the Rangers have drawn the fourth fewest PP's this season. The same stupid PP setup and personnel types from David Quinn.

The Rangers goaltender has no margin of error. These entitled balloon heads don't even try. They make the same mistakes every game. The Rangers should have lost 8-3 to Carolina and 10-1 to Philadelphia. I read last week the Rangers had one of the easiest schedules in the NHL. Dom from The Athletic had the numbers.

The PP dries up in the playoffs and the Rangers struggle. They have to exert so much energy and are on fumes by the third round. People say the Rangers came close in 2022 and 2024. No they did not. 16 wins. Not 10 wins.

It's time for Jim to authorize another letter. Dear fans. Our team sucks. This time we will not short circuit the rebuild by trading for Trouba and giving him $56M and we won't give Panarin $81.5M. The team wasn’t ready to win. We still needed a few more pieces. Six years later and everything is collapsing.

Bringing in someone from the outside will mean that individual needs time to survey the situation.

Is Drury capable of making these moves? The Rangers need to nuke the roster and start over. Deal Lindgren. Kreider has a 15 team NTC list. Trouba is a big baby. He can move in July with his 12 team list. He is so miserable. He can't be away from his wife and kid for a few months while she completes her residency, We still have 50 plus games this season. Fox has a NMC starting in July. Move him before then. Trocheck's NMC becomes 12 team NTC list in July. Deal these mamalukes Break up the cliques. Mika will get mad if Kreider is traded. Fox will get mad if Lindgren is traded. This is some 8th grade BS.

I remember talking to Edge about Drury. My sales manager from long ago played baseball with Drury. He was a catcher. He hated Drury. Most of his teammates did. Spoiled bitch. Never threw the pitches he called. Drury had talent. But he was also very arrogant.

Drury isn’t a Dolan guy. Sather brought him in. Drury won’t have the leash that Sather had. It’s coming. Not sure who will replace him, but if this shit doesn’t turn around quickly, James will shit can his ass.
