Well you're not gonna get much for players that are garbage. Fans think the Rangers can get something useful for Kakko, Trouba, Lindgren, Miller. Teams only trade for potential if you're in your 1st 2ed maybe 3rd full NHL season. No team will give up anything for Miller. Sadly Kreider had the most value of the core and is one of the few to score in the playoffs. Rangers are in a tough spot. You think teams would give up anything 9f any value for a dman that is big soft and doesn't really produce offense. Wishful thinking
if you think nhl gms won't give something up for miller you are totally brainless.

Drury is an insanely arrogant person with zero “touch” for the human side of this job.

People can say “it’s a business” all day long. But shit reeked after he handled Goodrow. That was so bad and what’s worse is how avoidable it all was.

I’d say Goodrow being awful for the first 3 years of his contract contributed to him being put on waivers. The same reason trading Trouba was warranted because he has sucked since 2020. It’s really not Drury’s fault that the players take it personally. It is a business. These guys make millions of dollars regardless of their effort.

The JT Miller talk is hilarious. What’s the it going to take like Zibanejad + 4 1sts ? No way Vancouver wants any of our garbage.

But it is a f***ing business in the end. And just like Kreider said "we will see what we are made of now", boy. Have we seen it.

I can understand a team and a bunch of players quitting on a coach. Quitting on a GM is quitting on the team, quitting on the fans.

Most here wanted Goodrow shot into the sun. Drury did just that. Now there's crying over how it was handled because morale.
