I'm not doing this.

I asked you for an example for something you said and you had none.

I'm not going to sit here and argue about the meaning of meaning about it.
lol. machinehead the master deflector.

i already responded to your request for an example. I'll reiterate because you don't actually read the response:

I do not have one.
My "analysis" is not that serious.
It is subject to further change.

Not going to comment again on *your* Miller opinion, because you have made it clear you will not respond to any.

Not me. I exploded this offseason when drury didnt do shit and people expected we would be better.

Im ready for change. Begging for the vets to be traded. Starting with the oldest member of the country club #20. The sooner we cut this rotted bait the better.

The kids need to be given the chance to lead! NOW!
The bandaid needs to be ripped off at some point. The tones the veterans set with their play this year is why these moves can't wait until the offseason.
i hope you all know that with vets gone, this team probably wins fewer, if not a lot fewer, games. part of the gamble is not knowing how younger players will respond on ice to major changes to a lineup, to a culture, to expectation.

I know he hasn't been himself but Kreider is a long way down the list of guys I'm comfortable trading. Like what is going on? We keep rolling Zibs out on the pp and now we wanna move one of the guys that is important to the pp. If Kreider is on the move over trouba, lindgren, Zibanejad then Drury needs to go, i cant understand this idiotic behavior.
Zibanejad is a problem, Lindgren is a problem, Trouba is a problem. If you can get a center out of any combination of trade for them we'd be better. Mancini takes Troubas spot, anyone takes Lindgren. Kreider isn't near the biggest problem.
Just for thought, would we be able to swap Zib for Stamkos? I realize his contract isn't ideal but he has heart, he has a shot for the pp, won cups, and i wonder if Nashville would want a mulligan with him?

IDK I kinda get it. The Rangers have Panarin, Lafreniere, Cuylle, Berard, Othmann, Edstrom, and Perreault who have all played most of their careers at LW. The Rangers have a zillion LWs whereas even if Glass Chytil were an IronMan, the Rangers would be thin at center.

yeah i think Kreider is probably actually hurt and isn't being shopped but leaking that he and Trouba are being shopped is a message to the entire team that nobody is untradeable.

he looked so good 2 years ago though, and the fancies had him as a very good defender. I think this new coaching staff has been a horrible fit for him
That's my impression too. I recall when Lavi stepped in KAM was supposed to watch hours of tape given to the players and basically his eyes just glazed over and he hasn't been the same since.

Lindgren and Kreider can be moved. Vinny too. Trouba as well despite his missus. Zib must waive. They have collectively as the main part of the leadership group not been performing up to their contracts nor even as professional athletes this season. They need a wakeup, shakeup and shed a tear at the breakup. Now. I would be VERY surprised if this team is the same by Friday if this effortless skid continues. In fact, I would even bet on it

You could make that argument, but if they rip it off, do nothing, and just let the cut get infected, people will rightfully be upset.

Im not sure what you mean by this. Trading a respected vet isnt nothing. If the idea is to move out the dead weight and play the kids more, idk how anyone could be upset by that. You've said it yourself and we agree, the team isnt good enough as currently constructed. Kreider is on borrowed time no matter what. He has been since Tkachuk made a mockery of him in the ECF.

What LHD would y'all trade Kreider for? This is directed at those who think Kreider *shouldnt* be traded btw.

You can't trade lindgren or trouba without a backfill. We have backfills at W. not at D. Mancini isn't ready.

If we can get Chabot for Kreider, I do it.

Kreider has more value than those players. If you are trying to make an impactful trade to change the roster, someone with value needs to go. Two years remaining on the contract. $6.5M cap hit is very manageable. The Rangers have already paid off the majority of the contract.

The status quo stinks. The PP personnel needs to change. The entire roster is stale. The Rangers are not winning with this current group.

If Kreider is traded won't be happy. Dude is not the only one struggling now. Far from it.

No. But it looks like in house politics to shake Zib up too. If he is the reason Kreider gets the axe that's pretty much it for Zib, his position will be hopeless. Kreider will absolutely net a much needed haul if he is traded.

It is nothing if it's just a shakeup move. At this point, either reset or don't. Trading one vet just to do it is actually nothing.

I think you are only saying that because one of the vets in question is Kreider. If Trouba or Mika was moved we'd be throwing a parade. The Rangers have an abundance of wingers who are not 34 years old and in the midst of a massive falloff.

Uh oh. Is there an incoming asteroid - or what? RB and me are in total agreement and both of us sense what is to come. The game tonight will have very large significance for certain people. 4 sure

Good. Im sure Drury will be in the building but I wonder about Dolan. Ive assumed he was busy with the new Sphere in Abu Dhabi.

Yes. I'd be happier if the worse players were moved out. You got me.

Kreider being the one to be moved reeks of doing something just to say they did something.

If you move Kreider, also move Trouba, Lindgren, and Zibanejad because they all suck.

You have understood my point.

Yes but Trouba and Mika are harder to move .

Also we are loaded with wingers and extremely thin on D and at C
