Alright whatever, I'm annoyed that this hurts the team. I feel like the point of winning hockey games is the number 1 criteria not a personality contest. You need some of those type of guys sometimes if directed at the other team. The Avery's of the world. Let's hope Fox can hold down the fort himself, we know Trouba stinks on the PP.

Removing a minus player and locker room problem can only help and Fox has already taken the pp1 spot.

It would give him a huge platform around the league to discuss bullying, racial issues.
I don't know if he is that type of person that would enjoy this spotlight, but I don't think he confirming this puck story would be this loss-loss situation
Yes, but that’s for K’Andre to decide, not his agent... and neither should go out with any confirmation before talking it through with the organisation first.

Because a prior poster who I quoted said Georgiev punched him in the face and then my post said if accurate does Georgiev hold no responsibility?
Not in self defense. I'm another poster, I could claim anything. Would you run with that? C'mon, it's obvious Tony did SOMETHING. We don't know the details. Why speculate on a whole scenario based on a what if?

Ideally the Rangers are hoping someone either claims him, or they can work out a trade.

So I imagine they've been clear to their employees - FO to players - to keep mum on this.

It doesn't help the Rangers to leak shit about a guy they're trying to offload

Theres no way K'andre or the Rangers would confirm a strory, IF it was even true, after they have gotten rid of Deangelo

Re: Herman

Yes, he indeed has sources. Of that there is no doubt. I know people who know him. They say he's a likeable enough kid.

He does have a tendency to editorialize and get some of the details wrong, and I don't know if he's considered someone on the short list of information for them. But I'm confident he gets a good feed.

The question is whether the puck story was hearsay that was passed down, whether it is true but covered up, and/or whether it was purposefully floated to see where it shows up.

Right now, I suspect there's at least an element of that third part.

That third part is interesting in that I find it reprehensible that we can even consider that management would float a false story that would potentially damage a player's reputation as such.

Floating a trade rumor or some such to see where it lands is one thing, this kind of story is an entirely different thing. (In my opinion).

Secondly, the fact that they could pass off this information as factual and have insiders believe it enough to pass it on to a third party speaks to TDA's reputation and character internally.

Tell me why KAMs agent would confirm it? Let’s assume Adams story is correct, humor me. What does K’Andre gain If his agent goes out and confirms the story before the team comments on it? Or after the team denies it? It would hurt his client so he has no incentive to confirm the story even If its true

KAM's agent would most likely defer to the team, or say we don't have any additional information to add at this time.

Typically, but not always, the approach is to not have to contradict an earlier statement. So a definitive yes or a definitive no would either be uncharacteristic, or pretty sloppy on his agent's part.

Well then maybe the team should release the details as to what occurred. Let's see what they say tonight.

Unfortunately it does happen. It could also be a situation where they are aware of the allegation, and they see if it makes its way to public channels.

This organization can't judge character/personality for their lifes. It's pretty remarkable.

So putting more pieces together...

Georgiev and TDA get into a "tussle" in the runway... Miller breaks it up... but TDA does something that causes him and Miller to almost(?) get into an altercation.
