I agree with the assessment so far but I’d like to see him given 16 minutes all on Panarin’s line just once before closing that book officially. He gets bounced around so much and doesn’t get much ice. Just once, let’s leave him with Panarin and Strome for a whole game. Heck, let’s leave all of our lines together for ONE full game. Might be shocked to see players actually start settling in in some cases. Who knows.
He has a helluva shot. We have seen it again early on in a limited capacity. Would absolutely like to see him with a player that can get him more time and space.

Still people arguing otherwise in the comments. It's become a full on conspiracy theory. The Rangers organization, Millers' agent, and reputable media are all trying to cover up racism in the NYR organization. Only the fan blog guys are telling the truth!

If it gets hits, the site makes money. Plain and simple.

Gauthier has played 20 NHL games averagin4th line minutes, but I’m glad some people’s keen eye tells them the kid is already a bust

Give me a break
No one said anything remotely close to what you are concocting. But look at Blackwell's game and Gauthier's. One clearly made the most of their time and been effective and noticeable. And one has not.

Gauthier is the Nick Holden of forwards.

Wont be getting many hits after this fiasco. Hope they enjoyed their 15 minutes of very slight relevance. :D

Let's see how it goes. If you look at the numbers, the Rangers have 1.4M followers on Twitter.

HF gets around 5K visitors total at a given time, across all teams and forums. It's a very different audience on Twitter then what you see here. Sure you get your occasional pissing match on here, but there are a lot of well formed thoughts here. Twitter, that's your mass consumer. I unfortunately believe that this is going to be a thing, as sad as it is, there are going to be bloggers who race bait.

Any reported teams interested in ADA before the meltdown? Who needs a PPQB?

Maybe Anaheim is a fit? Placeholder for an 18 year old Drysdale. Similar type of player. Rangers need a RW, and possibly another LD/RD.

What has Gorton accomplished by waiving ADA? Should everybody who is perceived as "different" be fired from their jobs? Gorton traded for ADA knowing about his issues. Why didn't he make ADA work with psychologist to get him to improve or control his issues? Why couldn't they simply suspend him and force him to see a psychologist instead of waiving him?

Gorton said that they gave him a final warning. They told him the organization would not tolerate another incident.

Going off the off-season rumors, Calgary, Vegas, and Anaheim were all linked to Tony. Gotta think Vegas is out given that they landed Pietrangelo. Anaheim signed Shattenkirk. So that really leaves Calgary of that group.

Other teams with just generally weak RD: Ottawa, Florida, LA, and Detroit.

They were rumored to have asked about him in the off season I think, but then they signed Shattenkirk. Not that he's any good, but they did give him 3 years. They lost Manson for 6-8 weeks but not like they're a team with playoff aspirations this season.

Gotcha, if that's valid then maybe there's something there. Will Butcher is a straight lefty/righty swap, guys probably won't even have to changing their housing arrangement.

StL can't take on salary to make a Dunn deal work on a 1:1. I think the Rangers need a RW more than they need a defenseman but with Seattle, adding a defenseman is something that the Rangers could pull off and use a protection slot. Fox and Miller are exempt :)
