And that is why I feel this is a huge risk for both sides. What if Torts and Laine dont mesh? What if Laine hates CBJ? This could backfire in that either organization is left having to deal the guy they just acquired in the offseason or next year, hoping* they can get the same value back to at least break even. CBJ’s prospect system is nothing to write home about. They set themselves back when they went all in 2 years ago. Winnipeg, I have no idea where they stand. They just feel like a team in the middle hoping they can ride a hot goalie and solid top 6 forward group. They have so many question marks.

I don’t know, just doesn’t make a whole lotta sense from where I stand.
