No I meant start the third line for puck drop. No big deal tho
Do they get Laf with the old let's all go out to warm up but really we're making you go take laps by yourself bit?
Maybe him an Ki share the honor.

If the Rangers get off to a slow start, I wonder if that significantly increases the possibility of a major trade.
I think that would entirely hinge on who is off to the slow start

Buch+Chytil+1st

I'd really have to think about that. I guess the answer is how much better do we think Dubois is going to get?

Strome outscored him by 10 points last year. Obviously, Dubois is and will be the better player, but to make that move you lose Chytil, who I'm not crazy about, then Buchnevich who is your top line RW as well as a 1st. I guess my question is do we think PLD will outperform Strome by THAT much the next two years.

I would def consider it, but I'm not sure if PLD is the guy I want to pay up for. I'd also like to know a little more about what the situation is in CLB. Does he have issues to be concerned with or does he transcend them like the old RoR situation.

He’s gonna get a call from Jarmo after these comments...

I have no doubt he will tell Jarno the same thing.

Its fair for Torts to acknowledge the elephant in the room.

Not like its a secret that pld wants out.

And Torts job is to coach this team. Of course he's going to have that opinion about a short leash. He should.

I have no issues with that interview from Torts at all.

On another note Jose Canseco just followed me on Twitter. That’s now the most famous person for sure vaults ahead of Kelly Nash and Steve Valiquette lol
Bill Madlock follows me. To be honest, I can’t think of many dudes cooler than Mad Dog.

This is that town hall @JCProdigy mentioned:

Thought they did a real good job of virtualizing the season ticket holder experience, and thank you to the fellow fans for great questions. Nice engagement metrics too, 10x the usual content in under 24 hours.

Did you really think I'd want to entertain your BS during the off season?
If there was an HF pandemic, clearly it would start with you
You DO know that most here regard you as little more than a troll, right? Your sole purpose in life seems to be to pin everything on Quinn. To you, he might have been the person on the grassy knoll.

One factor is of consideration. Will the nhl call lots of penalties like they typically do early in the season? If so, Rangers could benefit/win early on if the power is effective. If the nhl goes into mid season form and it’s a rougher tight checking game, maybe a little less opportunity to take advantage of.

I'd really like to see things from your point of view but I can't seem to get my head that far up my ass.

I don't think it so much that they call everything early, its that players are out of sync that they're more prone to taking penalties early on.

If the refs actually call penalties , we should get a PP after every shift Scott Mayfield takes.

One thing that we saw in the nfl was basically the elimination of home field advantage. Penalties were down significantly because there was no crowd reaction.
We saw similar concepts in the bubble, without fans the refs swallow their whistles a lot more.

They won't get a better one.

I think its an over payment.
It’s a decent package. However, it’s not entirely enticing in that there is no centerpiece of this deal for CBJ. Buchnevich doesn’t have a ton of value, neither does Chytil (IMO at least) and neither does our 1st.

Its decent value IMO but I see another team offering up something more valuable.
