I could see it being a big deal to particular players who want it. Other guys may not care at all or even want the potential aggravation of dealing with referees or the off ice stuff.

Quinn's success? Team over achieved last year. Some of the vets had the best seasons of their life. The younger players took meaningful steps forward in their play. The rookies, by and large, played well.
