Pietrangelo would be a way better signing for CBJ than Hall IMO. Even though they're our division I'm almost rooting for this I like the fit so much.

Even if the Blues have the cap space through LTIR for Dunn, they don't really have the minutes to give to him. Krug is going to get most of that time as the LD on the PP and the Blues have two pretty strong pairings ahead of him.

Also, FWIW, Dunn wiped out his Instagram. Seems like he might know change is coming for him.

That was a great post by RangerBoy on bonus maths. Does that mean we're basically at an operating $63.5M cap ceiling this season? :laugh:

Why couldn't we traded for Murray... also at that price we should've kept Fast!

We got a lot of capspace. Re-sign DeAngelo & Lemieux and possibly Strome. Sign/trade for a veteran LD who can play top 4 minutes.

It's a buyer's market due to Corona, let's use it to our advantage! You don't need to sign them long-term. Just 1-2 years as a stop gap.
 
Are we going to keep DeAngelo and if so, will he play as a LD? I'm worried about or depth (or lack thereof) on LD. Lindgren, Smith, Hajek and Johnson... Johnson will probably get too much ice-time as it stands. Being a veteran and such...

Who is after Krug if not Dunn? Scandella will be 3rd pair or moved for cap room and Gunnarson will fight Bortuzzo for 7D.

Also, Dunn is an RFA. He doesn't even have arbitration rights.
