Apparently the Wild think Johansson can play center. I guess the other angle is that they're planning on moving a winger and wanted Mojo to replace that guy. Can't imagine they're working on a follow up trade and the other GM was like, "I want to do this, but you gotta go get me Marcus Johansson first."

I wonder if this is the beginning of a major shakeup there. New GM, franchise needs a major shakeup... identify who is a long-term piece and get rid of anyone who isn’t regardless of “a good deal” or not, so long as it doesn’t lock them into any major commitments.

Once it is legal to do so the Rangers HR department should bring him to Astoria where the streets are filled with young people his age going about their daily lives doing what young people do. You wouldn’t know there is a pandemic going on here.

Why are we all so gung ho about trading Georgiev this offseason? I feel like you have to have a decent backup albeit I know Shesty is the real deal.
