TDA dug his own grave and I have zero sympathy towards him.

Separately though, the Rangers front office fumbled on this and blew up any trade value by their actions and not just suspending him.

I still also have a massive issue that the incident was Georgie punching him and the Rangers have held zero accountability on Georgie.

How would suspending him have accomplished anything? It’d play out as the exact same scenario.

The guy’s history was well documented. Teams know/knew what they’d be getting into by acquiring him and @Edge has made it very clear that his value this past summer (when it was sky high) was not as high as people thought it was

He was, to this day, the most difficult player to play against in my time in the ECAC. He was like Todd Bertuzzi at that level.

Is he a good player? Yes. But I don't think he'll be worth the package Buffalo is looking for, and I'm just not 100% on him as a player.

After watching Eichel last night I would rather keep Filip and Buch and of course Laf and Nils and Robertson and K2 and Kravtsov and Schneider and our 2021 1st rounder.

He is worth getting. The cost will dictate whether it is a good idea for us.
