Watching how he reacted after that hit on the EN goal.....I don't think it is by any means a stretch of the imagination to say he is not a very healthy guy these days . He is one hurting unit judging by his skate across the ice after that goal. I wonder if we would not be better served by giving the guy a couple of weeks to rest up and get healthier ?

They couldn't sign them, they'd have to trade for them. Maybe a team that doesnt have the cap space we have now. They could clear room by the deadline, or we could retain max on expiring contract to maximize the flip.
They tried to sign him in the offseason, may circle back. We had an offer on the table for Granlund too.
