Clean hit, Mantha punched him, stalked him around the rink trying to get him fight over the clean hit. No one is protecting you, you have to assume the league will handle Mantha with kid gloves. Buch crossed a line, but he got ejected. I thought that was a factor. Now he has a hearing so 6 games is on the table? No history with the league, straight to a hearing for a shot to the face, looked like mostly glove.

It's better this way because it exposes Parros more. Right back to the post-Sakic offer sheet days of Bettman justice.

Let's be realistic here, if this happened on Sunday Buch would 100% deserve whatever suspension they give him, it was dirty.

That being said, this is what the league asked for when they didn't suspend Wilson, so how can you punish him when you've already said hurting players is ok?

Gettinger and Richards have played well down there. They should get a couple of gamers honestly and IF Gettinger can actually take a spot, he would help add some more size and grit to the 4th line.

TBL has never lost anyone of real significance because of the cap.

Ya, I forgot about Goat being out. Buch suspension, Goat, and probably someone with a sore fist.

Hopefully Gettinger has improved significantly because his last stint here was very underwhelming.
