Vesey managed to go from a semi-competent (though defensively deficient) 3rd line scoring player here to an absolute travesty elsewhere.

Vesey was not bad as fans made him out to be. I mean they did have Tanner Glass on a Rangers roster

The other shit I don't believe is like it was. There's no way. You can't get away with it anymore like they would have been able to in the past. Theres def pockets of it, but with all the social media and videos these days it would be out in the open a lot more.

It’s still all over the New York night life scene. Especially when the boys go clubbing til 4-5 am. It’s outta your system in 2-3 days. So when teams have long breaks in between games.... redden was rumored to have a real problem at some point. It’s not like the 80s when entire sects of society we’re doing it, but trust me, it’s still there going strong

I would assume our talking pre-covid NY Night scene. Post Covid NY night scene is barren.

Honestly, its not as looked down on anymore as it was in the past. Most college aged kids treat it as a weekend thing. Even the harder stuff is used too frequently by people. IE the huge epidemic. Prescribed opiates are definitely abused but people seem to think painkillers aren’t as bad bc you can get a prescription. It’s all the same. Hopefully, soon families/schools/ work places can openly talk about it and educate and help people when needed.

Prescription opiates are actually MUCH WORSE than street drugs, outside of other "street" opiates.

And then Kravtsov taking the RW on the 2nd line once the KHL season is over with GOAT/Blackwell sliding down to the 4th line. Lotsa balance

Damn so just losing the Sunday game due to scheduling issues? Maybe the NYR are being positioned as the backup team, but the Flyers are still the favorite if then can get healthy by the end of the week?

So between last Friday and next Wednesday the NYR will have three, 3 day breaks. In addition to one earlier in the month. Lame.
