I dont think we need him. I'd rather get Reaves as the 13th forward.
If (and we don’t know) but if the plan is to play Goodrow at center Chytil at 2C and blow out Strome there’s def a spot left on the third line for a POS like Ritchie

top9 would be Kakko, Kravtsov and Blais. We'd need a bottom6 RW. In that case I would want a solid 2way, forechecker with no thumbs.... or someone like ReavesIf (and we don’t know) but if the plan is to play Goodrow at center Chytil at 2C and blow out Strome there’s def a spot left on the third line for a POS like Ritchie
You know Rangers are gonna go in on Ritchie
I don't know anything about Suter, really, but pulling up his bio/stats, he seems to be a younger version of Colin Blackwell (ie: a little guy breaking into the league later than usual and putting up ~.5ppg). Where would he even play?

Maybe its copium but the price paid makes me think they have 'big plans' for him.I have Blais there
Barron Rooney Blais is my 4th line
The only drawback to Suter is quite literally draws.
He had a tough first season in the circle

Or in the interim what they view him as. I don't think they give up Buch for a 4th liner and a 2nd.
Can mitigate that and his size by putting him in between Kreider and Goodrow. The only drawback to Suter is quite literally draws.

Feels like this is the 4th line that they are locked into unless Barron is replaced. I kind of feel all the lines and pairings are pretty locked in right now to be honest. Until a move changes the trajectory anyway. Feels likeI have Blais there

Lafreniere Zibanejad Kakko
Panarin Strome Kravtsov
Kreider Goodrow Chytil (in some sequence)
Barron Rooney Blais
Lindgren Fox
Miller Trouba
Nemeth Lundkvist
Igor
is this better than last year? Hard to say.
I don’t think they have enough offense without Buchnevich and I don’t think this is a playoff team right now unless Kravtsov goes nuts.offensively it really depends on how much Kakko and Laf can pick up their scoring and if Kravtsov can at least just have a solid year. If they can..then I do think it's a better rounded team. It's less top six heavy and with a better mix of styles to some extent and hopefully the third pairing isn't a trash fire like it was last year.
Another depth option, does he play C?
