I don't think Hank can play for us this year. I thought you can't pay someone to play for you while simultaneously paying them for their buyout. I think it's a totally moot point.

I wouldn't trade our #2 and #3 center in the same deal. Especially if bringing in Eichel means we can't keep Zib. I would remove Chytil in lieu of Kravtsov likely. And maybe not include Strome, but pawn Strome off to Vegas on our own. We might as well get an asset for Strome than force Buffalo to take Strome as a cap dump. In fact, if the Eichel deal is agreed to in principle, move strome before you announce Eichel.

I think they’ll target Danault, the asking for Eichel is probably too high and too much uncertainty regarding his health.

Just bring Betts out of retirement and give him league minnium.

I def would. Eichel is an insane add. Plus Barron or Goodrow could assume the 3C duties.
I think if for some reason they miss on Eichel, they set their sights on Couturier at the end of this season, rather then opting for Danuault

Shesty wasn't so great last year. Too many softies from bad angles, going down too early. Not even mentioning the groin. We've shown that we have sick skill, but not nearly enough team D. Lunqdvist is a rookie, Miller needs to take a big step to become competent defensively, don't count your chickens before they hatch. And Betts was a black hole offensively while Danault can score 5 on 5. He hit a terrible dry spell in the POs.
