With Wiercioch, Gryba, and JGP seeming to have a good chance of being permanents this year and beyond, will they change their numbers?

Patty wore 17 in Bingo, does he switch to 17 this year?

Does Gryba switch from 62? IMO 62 is a pretty lame number.

Thoughts?

Changing numbers didn't work out so well for Regin ... just saying .... :naughty:

interested to know your reasons for those numbers. minus pageau obviously

Gryba the big defensive d-man just screams low number. He wore #2 at Boston U and in Bingo. Cowen has it now, and #5 is the only single digit number available. 5 is a bit like an inverted 2 as well. Condra wears #22.

Wiercioch wore #28 at Denver. No idea if he prefers it over #17 though.

I don't think he would be allowed to take 11. It's still going to be raised to the rafters. Plus, I think Pageau has too much respect for Alfie.

I'm more a fan of raising the player to the rafters, not his jersey. Alfredsson could be raised up but others could still wear the 11 and succeed as well.

As someone who has struggled with phrasing in the past, please look at the phrasing of your sentence.
