We all know how important points are right now. Coming off a couple of losses, we needed this badly, and playing a team that’s right there with us.
It was great to see the way we responded in the last six minutes.

Yeah, it’s not just me getting used to them. I feel like they’ve got to get used to me too and I tried to have conversation with the guys, I want to know how they think so I can understand them better.
It’s not just them understanding me, I have to understand how they see the game because everybody sees the game differently and you gotta try to play within teammates’ strength and what they look for.

I sense that our guys want to win, and they’re doing everything they possibly can. They played some real solid hockey.
Unfortunately the last couple of games we were on the wrong side of the win and the loss there, but we’re playing good hockey, and we have to continue.
