These are just highlights from this month in CSSHL competition
Yeah he is pretty goodI think he’s going to be a special player
IMO he should get Exceptional Status.
When playing against kids closer to his age he is elite defensively, but he was also very mature. No sure how he is doing at u18.He seems to score a lot on the power play, has one hell of a point shot for a dman his age and plus offensive instincts. Haven’t watched him play, just seen some highlights.
How is he defensively and does he have a physical edge? Or is he more of an offensive dynamo at this point? If he’s got more to his game then he doesn’t have much else to prove, should be considered for ES. Trickier with dman though.
He looks really mature in that picture upthread but sounds like an exciting prospect. When playing against kids closer to his age he is elite defensively, but he was also very mature. No sure how he is doing at u18.
man would love to see that , would be instant fan favorites1Flames call dibs on both Iginla boys, and Dupont. His Dad is also a former Flame.
Definitely using it as leverage to get ES.The article says he hasn’t ruled out the NCAA route, if he goes that way this is the exact type of player the Chicago steel seem like they would pounce on
I feel he’s good enough to get ES without having to threaten to leave for the states, he isn’t some borderline case like Misa or Veleno, I think he’s clearly approaching McDavid/Bédard/Tavares levels of ES type playersDefinitely using it as leverage to get ES.
A player this good isn't waiting 3 more years to go to the NCAA. He'll get exceptional status and play in the WHL next season. The article says he hasn’t ruled out the NCAA route, if he goes that way this is the exact type of player the Chicago steel seem like they would pounce on
