Actually made an appearance in the second tier of Swedish U20 junior. Don't think he played, though. 6GP, 0+1 is his official stat line for U18 this year but don't think that is updated very well since it's in the more forgotten leagues.
Thilander has joined the Skellefteå organisation.
Awww but they never develop good D-men...

Sounds promising, do you have a source?
This guy gets it
lol @ 4'6" Grimaldi... Classic
Bud you are not going to get draft 2017 your draft year is 2015
Posting just so when this thread gets bumped in 3-4 years I'm in it
He'll finally get to compete against his own age group at TV-pucken this season! And with a stronger team.
4 points (2g 2a) in his first game in TV-Pucken this season
He ended up with 8 points on 5 games, there were three other D-men with 8 points too. Also i don't even think he's been the best D in the tourny. Kim Johansson in Norrbotten gets my vote for best D, Filip Forsmark for best FW and Tim Wahlgren for MVP. Much can change in the playoffs though.
Saw the game last night. Exciting kid for sure, more involved offensively than I thought he would be. I'm offically jumping on the hype train.Thilander has had an impressive start in the J18 league.
4 goals + 4 assists in 4 games. He leads his team in scoring.
He second in the scoring board for the whole J18 Elit Norra, as a defenseman, playing against two-year older players. And he turned 15 just one week ago. This is remarkable.
How the 98-born prospects in the league J18 Elit Norra has been doing so far, in terms of scoring.
Adam Thilander 4-4-4-8 (D)
Tim Wahlgren 5-2-2-4
Hugo Danielsson 4-0-2-2 (D)
Tim Söderlund 2-0-1-1
Jacob Moverare 4-0-1-1 (D)
Simon Krekula 2-0-1-1
Kim Johansson 2-0-0-0 (D)
Jesper Juntto 2-0-0-0
Anybody has news or update on Tilander? And if you can find videos, share them!
Seconded haven't seen any since last season.
and I'm curious if any Swedes think he'll make U17s. I've asked Swedes I know and I had 1 definite yes & 1 definite no so...
Good for him, Skellefteå does have a good track-record in developing defensemen so I can see why he went there.
