1.You are missing the VHL(russian 2nd tier men's league) and maybe Allsvenskan.
2.Comparing junior lleagues to men's leagues is difficult. Junior leagues are much less homogenous. There is often a huge gap between top teams and bottom feeders. And then they are juniors. So comparing skill alone is difficult too. There might be brightest superstar prospect in juniors who would still not shine in any many men's leagues.
