I'm watching their broadcast also and they are very knowledgeable on the Rangers, more so then national broadcasts in most cases, nice job by them.

He looks awful. Maybe he missed makeup, but yikes.

Laf needs to watch a ton of video. In the offensive zone he never presents his stick to accept a pass or to make a play. Which results in the play going through him or not being passed to. In the neutral zone or D zone his stick is constantly at his waist.

He hits well, but never puts his stick in the right position to make the hit cause a turnover or to limit the defender from making a play.

I'm baffled by his lack of offensive punch or the fact he's pretty much unnoticeable offensively. His linemates don't even use him as an option half the time.

I'm sure he'd excel if he was given the puck more because he does have a crazy IQ. But why does he never have the puck?! Why isn't he trying to take over that 2nd PP. I mean all of his highlights made him look like a genius on the PP. Wtf is happening?!????!

Despite my cynicism and that of most people, I truly hope Zeb turns it around and does much better because I like him being on the Rangers, he's great to root for when he's doing well.
