Certainly not a period that was worth waking up at 0430 for, but it's nice to have a lead.
Nice of the PP to score, the PK continues to be the best part of our game.
Miller looking very good after his short break, the Strome line was our best one 5v5 (or at least they looked it, apparently stats say otherwise...), I'd like to see someone other than Lemieux get some PP time with the 2nd unit

If you didn't know #13 was the first over-all pick, you wouldn't be able to pick him as one of the most hyped and talented young players in the game based on that period. I don't think he touched the puck in his first 4 shifts, and he was noticeable until under a minute left in the period
