If he plays Carcillo with Stepan and Nash, that's worse than any lineup decision Torts ever made including his usage of Boyle. Hell, Boyle would be better in that spot than Carcillo.

Miller wasn't that bad. Why not try him with Stepan and Nash before sitting him for a guy who should be the 13th forward?

I somehow doubt he plays Carcillo in the top 9 let alone with Stepan and Nash. He doesn't seem to be the type of coach to do that.

Miller wasn't that bad.

He didnt play the third period because AV thought he was that bad.. I have a feeling he's done with the NHL for the season unless our backups of the backups fail miserably

Was Miller really that bad? I didn't think he was. I didn't notice him defensively though, but not like Kreider is great at that.

Why not call us Fast? If anything you know you'll get good defense from him. What the hell is a AV doing? Carcillo is our 12th best forward at best. I went from coming to terms with last night's loss to being irate. What's wrong with AV? Any chance he said 75% to light a fire under Miller's ass?

Honestly, having Carcillo on the forecheck with Nash may not be a bad idea...akin to having Avery playing with Jagr.

Except Avery was a better player than Carcillo and Jagr a better player than Nash. Plus Avery playing with Jagr is a flaw in a team.
