I think Ciccolini is getting a bit underappreciated here.

Just some food for thought.

Freshman year NCAA point production:
Ciccolini - 0.4 ppg
Morgan Barron - 0.55 ppg (in an easier conference)
John Beecher - 0.55 ppg (1st round pick on the same team as Ciccolini)

Ciccolini isn't even a year out of the draft and his point production, which is only a little bit behind some high end prospects, is totally fine. He's a good skater and has at least some skill. I'm not saying he's a slam dunk prospect or anything, but I think he's still a perfectly legitimate prospect and I'm not sure why isn't being considered one here.
