I think Gettinger is an NHLer. Not an exciting one, but he should have a career. Could be a good fourth line option for us.

The guys from our recent draft (Aaltonen, Ciccolini, Edstrom, etc.) plus maybe Lindbom and Gross, are in my "on the radar" category where they're not much now, but in a year could be much higher. Other than Gross those guys are still raw, plenty of potential in them IMO.

Yeah, as I said there could be surprises. Re. Gettinger - I feel he's closer to Fogs, not even Nieves. There are less fighting in the league but this might be a skill that could've separated one of them to make a useful 4th liner. Alas, doesn't look like any of them are willing to go there. Otherwise I just don't see an NHL regular (and I thought Nieves would eventually - this year - become one)

I might be wrong but my cutoff line is obviously very subjective.

By my count, we have 7 or 8 guys outside of our top 10 that would round out almost any other team's top 10. When you factor in recent graduations, we are in uncharted waters for this organization. Pretty exciting stuff!
