Rangers Prospect Ranking: (Winter 2019) - #3

Chytil is vastly overrated. He's probably shown little in 75 to 80% of this games this season.
 
I'd also recommend adding any players that are no longer considered a prospect using the HF criteria. I believe it will only change Pionk's status at the moment.

Really was close to going one of the D but Shestys potential to be an elite goalie for years to come trumps that. I believe he's going to be at the very least a very good NHL goaltender.

Tried this last year with DeAngelo, he was only a few games over the criteria but the majority didn't want him included, so Pionk will not be included.

My top 5. I'm nowhere near ready to throw Lias out of the top 5. Should be a very interesting polls for #4 and #5 (i'll probably make that in a couple hours since this is a complete blowout).

This about how I have it besides having Lias and Shest swapped
