Tell me who you want added.
Added: Reunanen

Close between Reunanen and Rykov for me. Went with Rykov mainly because I felt like that would be a vote that may matter for this round.

Add Gettinger.

Has to be Rykov at this spot. Top4 in KHL. Not top2 only because a 26-year old young veteran Jokipakka is playing the same side D and who’s AT THIS stage of their careers is more accomplished, has proven as able to generate offense (so better offensively) but also worse defensively.

Add Meskanen.

This is a dead heat between Rykov and Keane for me. I'm going Rykov by a hair. Add Gettinger

I don’t get the dead heat race here. Rykov is so much closer and proven as able against a so much higher level of competition.

I voted for Reunanen. I think being the #1 D on a playoff Liiga team is just as impressive as being top 4 in the KHL and he's been better offensively and is a year younger than Rykov. Reunanen's currently at 0.42 ppg and has scored 9 points in his last 11 games, so he has a chance to end the season with more than 0.5 ppg. The only other U21 Liiga defensemen who have done that in the past 10 years are Heskanen, Vatanen, and Esa Lindell, who all turned into good NHL'ers.

Add Barron, who's been 3rd in the NCAA in shots per game and scoring a ppg, which ties him for 16th among U21 players in the NCAA (ahead of Ryan Poehling) and is almost double his scoring pace from last year, showing nice progression.

Edit: didn't realize Barron was already added, but I still think he's good. I'll add Lettieri over Meskanen. They're the same age, Lettieri has been a better player in Hartford this year and has shown a nice progression from 0.25 ppg to 0.6 ppg to 1 ppg in the AHL over the past 3 seasons.

I think Pajuniemi should get consideration at some point soon too. He's been inconsistent, but he's had flashes in the playoffs last year, with the Finnish National team over the summer, and while Kakko was away this season that show a lot of potential.

I kind of f***ed up and voted for Barron when I meant to vote for Rykov. To me it was between Rykov, Keane and Lindgren.

Add Nieves.

I think, on the whole, we're a little higher on Keane than we probably should be (probably like 4 spots too high).

But if it was up to me, Reunanen would be #10 or #11, so... glass houses and what not.
