Probably the most difficult vote for me so far....between Rykov and Hajek. Went with Hajek but they are neck and neck and Rykov could easily pass him if he starts off his NA career well.

Next round will be another bonus round for Howden.

Hajek... just kidding, of course it’s Rykov for me.

People counting less than a dozen NHL games from Hajek? Rykov had a full SEASON of first pair D in the KHL and a round of playoffs.

I'm always a bit skeptical of KHL defenseman. I've seen a bunch play very well over there then comes to NA and be very underwhelming. Not that I think he will be, but I'd just like to see him play in the AHL/NHL first. Again, the vote was extremely close for me.

That’s fair. Looks like one place on the list is all that at stake.

Hajek by a mile - and he could have gone earlier. Guy looked like a veteran top-4 before the shoulder.

Run on D will continue through a dozen: Hajek, Rykov, Robertson, Lindgren (and in that order).

Add Keane.

Hajek by a hair over Rykov.

The add is tougher for me. I don't think I'm as high on Keane or Henriksson as most, and I'm a little higher on Pajuniemi.

Decided on Henriksson, but my mind may be changed again when we get around to those guys as possible votes.

Hajek
Hendriksson, Keane, or Huska would be my adds but I can't make up my mind. I guess we'll just go with new and shiny and vote Karl.

Hajek. Not sure what to make of KHL defensemen.... But add Pashnin... Oh wait, ummm, Day.
