Went with Raddysh, Crawley, Gropp, Edstrom, Ronning, but in honesty, i actually had no idea who to vote for

Interesting--all unsigned draft picks including 2 7th's who have yet to play their first college games + Ronning who had a really miserable 1st year pro are leading right now.

Man, people really going off their year-old memories with Ronning and Hughes, huh?

Did Hughes perform badly enough last year to change the discussion? I’d like to see what he does in college before writing him off.

That being said.. I did vote Hughes as my last honorable mention, and looking back at it now, I’d probably go with Newell who actually did put up solid stats in college. I’ll admit that name recognition for Hughes was probably the reason I picked him instead of Newell. But at this point it’s like splitting hairs ;)

Seems appropriate to have the last face-off round for the last honorable mention spot - between Gropp, Ronning and Fontaine - and be done for the summer.

Three-way tie with less than an hour to go... Next vote could decide last HM spot.

consensus her is not at all surprising, with
(a) Kjellberg, Nanne, Leedahl and Raddysh at the acknowledged lowest tier
(b) not lots of faith in Newell and Crawley
(c) notable recency bias favoring '19 late picks Skinner, Edstrom, Ciccolini
(d) Hughes slightly ahead of Gropp, Ronning, Fontaine reflects the fairly consistent greater faith in guys not here yet, than the ones who are - as with the stock market, trend up on rumors, down on news

My thoughts immediately after I hit the vote button: 'Wait, what, I didn't vote for Nanne?..how did that happen....'
