Add BMB. I think you pretty much have to go Drew F here. Thought about Mancini because he is closer, but think it’s Drew F for me here

I went Laba, add BMB.

Team has had some interesting performances from the mid round selections the last couple of drafts. A lot of guys actually worth watching unlike the Aaltonens, Max Campbells and Jason Wilsons of the world.

The second tier starts at 6 but looks like it'll run pretty much through 16-17 when we get through the final BMBs, Robertsons and Lambs on the edge of interest.

Don't know much about Roobreck so interested to see him available this early.

Same votes. I’m a bit disappointed that the board went with essentially 4th line ceiling players (even if these are shoe in NHLers) in the TOP-10 rather than “reward” prospects further away but with higher upside, whatever.

Speaking of these 4th liners - from what I’ve read Roo is of the same ilk - big guy, smooth skater with good hands for someone of his size. He’s in the vote group now in part due to development success the organization had with Edstrom and Rempe.

Fortescue, add BMB.

It feels like at least one player in this 10-15 range will be a hit. If there's one thing that this scouting staff has done well with our later picks, its stocking it with players who have translatable skill sets and NHL frames. We always used to pick high-skill smurfs with questionable skating/compete level in the mid-late rounds. Now, we're picking high-compete players with NHL bodies. Huge shift in organizational mentality since Drury took over. We'll see if it pans out in one of these guys.
