You know theyre going to lose this game now. Blown call leads to momentum for the Kings, they tie it then win it in OT, just because thats how these situations always go. Aside from that its mind boggling to see how much interference and holding gets let go from the Kings. They set up so many pick plays that go uncalled. Must be because the West is better.....

Not only that the refs also set pick plays on their powerplays to block our defenders so the kings can skate alone behind the net and pass to guys open in front.

The problem with that non-call is not so much whether it was a legitimate interference (which it was) but consistency. They called a much less obvious interference on Poo then they have to call this one as well. Consistency.

This is why I have no confidence in NHL, no consistency.

We Ranger fans *****ing and complaining and whining about the Refs stealing this game makes us look like the same little kids that we often lambast when they complain. Do we really want to be like Montreal fans? How about this for why we are tied up and losing the series:

-Our "leaders" passing the puck up the middle of the ice directly to LA players leading to goals (Mcd, Girardi, Richards,...)
-Our "go to goal scorer" playing like a soft turd after a full night of drinking - softest and most worthless player on the team right now

Rangers were the better team up until that screw job. I say they regroup, get pissed, and win this in OT. This Kings team is not a juggernaut and Quick is only godlike in spurts. Game would be over without a blatant non-call before 2 minutes were gone in the 3rd that gave a passionless Kings team any sign of life. Rip their heart out in OT and then bring the Cup to the "pathetic" Metro division. Screw the West.

Sometimes you just have to tip your cap to the other team. But beating them tonight will change the series.
