Rangers historians.... question for you.

Greetings friends!
Quick question for you... probably more geared towards the old-timers. I'm having trouble finding it online.

Anyone out there in Ranger-land happen to know (or know where to find) the date/game of Brad Park's NHL debut? I know it was in 68-69, but did he start the season with the Rangers, or was he a later call-up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

He played 17 games with the Buffalo Bisons that year leading me to believe that he did not start the season with the Rangers.

I have to thank you for asking this question. Brad Park scored the first NHL goal I ever saw in person. I remembered the score of the game and who played, but not the date. I searched Google and here is a newspaper story from that game. Eddie Giacomin and Les Binkley were the goalies. The game was Dec 23, 1969.
