i don't know if somebody already posted something like this. I made a small sheet of the Value of Draft picks each team has in the last 3 drafts inspired by Sean Tierney @chartinghockey and data from draft value table by DTMAboutHeart.

My calculation over the 2017, 2018 and this years draft:

As expected the Rangers are almost at the top with Draft Value the last drafts also having almost the highest pick value per pick after dallas. Lets hope that this is enough to build a solid foundation for the future.
