Whatcha got??

John Lennon (almost) models the Habs' jersey in 1969... he seems to be wondering what the 'H' is:

Drake is a Lightning fan...?

Lots of rappers (esp. in the 90s) wore NHL jerseys, for reason that are hard to explain. But at least we know Snoop Dogg actually is a hockey fan:

I'm not the boy-band expert (that would be my wife), but I believe this is One Direction:

The current Prime Minister of Canada, of course (second left):

Sens' fans may be having a hard time these days, but don't worry 'cause Rihanna is on it!:

Neil Young is of course a big hockey fan, with his Dad having been a somewhat famous CBC broadcaster. It seems (below) that one of Neil's sons is a Sharks' fan!:

Brian May and Freddie Mercury (of Queen) seemingly in Toronto...

As if the Oilers didn't have enough problems these days, and now they have to deal with Bieber!:

As some of you probably know, pro wrestler Chris Jericho is the son of former NHL player Ted Irvine, who played primarily with the Rangers and was originally from Winnipeg. Jericho grew up in Winnipeg after his father retired from pro hockey.

The picture with Neil Young's son is almost definitely his son Ben, who was born with severe cerebral palsy. (He has another son, Zeke, who has a much milder form of cerebral palsy.) As some of you probably know, the elder Young has lived in the California mountains just south of the Bay Area peninsula and north of Santa Cruz, not that far from San Jose, for many years. Additionally, though he was born in relatively rural Ontario, Neil Young spent his teenage years (and most important formative years music-wise) in Winnipeg.

David Boreanaz
Boreanaz's father, Dave Roberts, was a long-time TV weatherman in Philadelphia, where Boreanaz grew up.

Bret Hart
Hart, a Calgary native, is a big hockey/Flames fan, and was a founding owner of the Calgary Hitman, a major junior team whose name was inspired by Hart. (Hart was known as "The Hitman" in his pro wrestling career.)

Article about Hart's love of hockey and difficulties following the sport during his wrestling career: CANOE -- SLAM! Sports - Wrestling - Bret Hart : Retirement lets Hitman finally follow hockey

Vince Vaughn
Vaughn grew up in the Chicago area. Of course, he's also known for a famous scene in the 1996 film Swingers where he's playing NHLPA '93, incorrectly identified as NHL '94, and cheats to make Wayne Gretzky's head bleed while playing as the Blackhawks.

Will Ferrell
Ferrell, a noted sports fan who is a part owner of MLS team Los Angeles FC, grew up in the greater Los Angeles area.

One of the best hanball players of all time Ivano Balić is passionate fan of New Jersey Devils. He did one interview for one croatian TV in Devils jersey. Just type into google Ivano Balić New Jersey Devils maybe something pops up.

Ex-Croatian soccer player, Slaven Bilić, member of famous 98.generation, and later NT coach is fan of Montreal Canadiens. Don't have any picture but he said he is a fan of MTL in intreview back in '92 or 93., can' remember exactly.

The drummer Bill Bruford (e.g. Yes, King Crimson) at least used to wear Boston Bruins haulers/jumpsuits/overalls (or whatever is the correct term), both the white ones and the black ones. I've always found this interesting, since, well, the Brits are not usually that big on hockey (=understatement of the year). And actually, I don't even know whether Bruford was/is either, maybe he just fell in love with that logo (I like it very much too).

Anyway, an example of this:

and this next one isn't the least bit random, it happens every year, but it sure was a point of contention for a certain gun-stroking nutbag.
