I see no reason to not re-sign Happ, especially with Burnett retiring after the year. I bet he doesn't want to leave either, seeing how he has had infinitely more success here than he did anywhere else.

Hope he feels that way. Money talks for a lot of people. Especially for guys who haven't earned much (at least relative to many other peers).
