Absolutely. Raiders swept the Broncos last season. A lot harder to do with a QB like Wilson at the helm. All 6 divisional games are going to be tough. Have to split them. I think for all 4 teams, that's really the most realistic situation.

Trade away two picks, including a first, for a guy that was going to hold out and then sign him to the biggest contract ever for the position? Raiders showing once again they have no clue how to operate a modern NFL franchise. Yeah they got their guy but their valuation of cap space and draft picks is truly embarrassing.

The team has done so poorly picking firsts that I’m not disappointed about losing those picks. To me it feels like they were going to be another bust anyway. I realize the people screwing up the picks are gone, but the people coming in don’t have a history of doing well with first round picks either.

And I’m shocked the team has an actual receiver now. Trying to fix that problem in the draft wasn’t likely to work. Some receivers take time to get going and the Raiders last receiver picks were Ruggs, Edwards and Lynn Bowden Jr. And that was in a draft loaded with talent at the position.
