Yeah but, that was not the poll though, sure you only wanted to point that out, but still299 GP for Quinn
253 GP for Cale
Not sure who gets 300 points first, but Makar will do it in far less games.
Should I tell you what age Makar got his first Norris and Conn Smythe too?Yeah but, that was not the poll though, sure you only wanted to point that out, but still
who gets it first, thats the whole point
Alsoif one wants to get picky, Quinn is going to do it 1 year younger what Cale

Makar looks like a bag of trash this year.Makar. I think Makar will outscore him this season and win the Norris.
Hughes is off to a tremendous start of course, but Makar has also looked great.
21 points in 15 games, vs 26 points in 16 games, not that big a gap.
Now do age299 GP for Quinn
253 GP for Cale

Makar was quicker to be more impactful, at a younger age, albeit on a better team. QH also looks better on a better team. Seems like a reasonable argument that QH saddled with bad teams isn’t an indictment against him.Should I tell you what age Makar got his first Norris and Conn Smythe too?![]()
Not really bad teams, he had to wait for a defensive partner to come along before he broke out. Cale as a rookie turned Ryan Graves into a $4 million dollar hockey player and Devon Toews into an $8 million dollar player. One guy makes players better the other needs better players to make them better. Now do age

He’s not been playing as well as he could have.Makar looks like a bag of trash this year.
He's injured and putting up empty assists.
This has to be the best regression of all time averaging around 1.1 PPG as a dman.Makar is too injury prone and has regressed since his breakout year.
Hughes easily
Have you seen Hronek’s numbers before you spouted this? He rejuvenated Schenn. Try again. Not really bad teams, he had to wait for a defensive partner to come along before he broke out.
